The lessons and quizzes take most people around 8 hours to complete.
The duration may vary depending on your food handling experience, language skills, and computer literacy. You don't need to complete the program all at once – you can start and stop as often as you need.
The final exam works slightly differently. A certified proctor will supervise your exam remotely via a webcam on your computer – there’s no need to book in advance as sessions are available 24/7. You have up to one hour to complete the final exam.
You have 30 days from the date of enrollment (including any period you spent as part of a trial) to complete the program in its entirety, including the final exam and any required retakes. After 30 days you will lose access to the course and your work will be lost.
If you’re not ready to begin right away, you can delay activating your enrollment for up to 30 days. Please note: this option is not available if you are upgrading from a trial program; your 30 days of enrollment will have already begun when the trial was activated.
