What if I don’t receive the one-time passcode (OTP)?

Your one-time passcode (OTP) is sent to the email address you entered when logging in or signing up. Start by checking your inbox - it usually arrives within a few seconds.

If you don’t see it right away:

  • Double-check that you entered your email address correctly.

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder - sometimes it ends up there.

  • Wait a moment, then click “Resend” on the login screen to send a new code.
