You can sign up or sign in to our application using your social account (for e.g., Google, Facebook, Microsoft, LinkedIn, etc.), in addition to our existing email method. This feature allows you to access your account quickly without waiting for OTP verification emails.
Important note for customers that have already signed up using the direct email method: if the email on your Social Login is different from the email on your existing account, our application will not merge the accounts. A new, separate account will be created.
New customers can choose whichever method they prefer when creating an account. The sign up process works with both the traditional email flow and any Social Login option you select.
Existing customers can continue to sign in with their email as usual, but they may also choose to sign in using any of the supported Social Login options. Please note:
If the email address on your Social Login matches the email on your existing account, our application will automatically connect both and you’ll be able to use either login method seamlessly.
However, if the email on your Social Login differs from the email on your existing profile, our application will not merge the accounts and a new, separate account will be created.
Social Login is optional, and your security remains protected at all times. Authentication occurs directly through the social account and Userve does not receive or store your social passwords.
If you experience issues signing in with a social account:
Ensure your social account is active and accessible.
Check whether the Userve application has been granted permission within your social account's settings.
Try removing or deleting the existing permission and then attempt signing into the Userve application again.
If multiple users are using the same computer or phone, make sure the first user logs out of the Userve application and their social account before the next user attempts to sign in or sign up.
If your problem persists, our Support Team is always ready to help you get signed up successfully.
